My order showed up on time, so that part was good. One of the bottles wasn’t the one I thought I picked, which was kind of annoying, but not the end of the world. The packing was fine and nothing leaked or broke. So yeah, it was okay overall, just that one thing was a little off

Trying to use Total Beverage was way more frustrating than I expected. I felt kind of stupid for trusting it to be a smooth experience. Pages were loading slowly, the filters barely helped me find what I needed, and checkout felt clunky. It wasn’t the worst site ever, but it definitely needs work.

I checked out totalbev.com last week because I was trying to restock a few bottles I usually keep at home, i was disappointed with what I found.

After browsing for about 15 or 20 minutes, it felt like half the things I clicked on were sold out, and some of the categories barely had anything in them. I even looked for a couple of basic brands I’ve bought plenty of times before, but they just weren’t there.

Maybe the selection depends on where you live or what day you’re ordering, but for me it wasn’t worth the time. By the end of the night, I gave up and placed my order with another site instead

I ran into an issue with my order and expected customer service to at least be somewhat helpful. It took them way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response felt like they hadn’t even read what I sent. I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, just a basic fix or a real answer, so it was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

and I’m still waiting for my order to show up. The shipping has taken way longer than expected, and I haven’t really gotten any updates along the way.

I was pleasantly surprised by the prices here! I compared a few items with other sites, and overall they were reasonable. A couple of things were actually better deals than I expected, which was a nice bonus. Shipping added a little extra, but even with that, it still felt like good value. I’d definitely check here again if the prices stay this solid.
